Start off this New Year by joining us on Wednesday, January 10th at Muriale’s Restaurant in Fairmont, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Our presenter will be Colleen Harshbarger, a wellness professional and yoga teacher with over 25 years of experience helping individuals and organizations optimize wellbeing.
The vision of wellness in the workplace is changing. Today, wellness at work is viewed as the right for every employee to work in a community and environment that has a positive effect on their own wellbeing and the wellbeing of others. In doing so, we create cultures of health that have a ripple effect on families, communities and the health of our state.
Join us for this presentation that will begin with a brief review of research, and highlight ideas for addressing the physical environments, social, community and personal aspects that create cultures of health. We’ll brainstorm strategies to address the challenges you face in creating a culture of health in your organization.
