    This presentation will focus on the reasons behind the “Great Resignation”, what it means for your business and how to address it.  These are unprecedented times for our economy and business owners are struggling to understand the new wave of employment challenges.  Focusing on ideas for attrition and retention, we will share tactics and techniques to provide your company with the knowledge necessary to overcome these challenging times.

    Kristen Schoeneberger is a graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College in 2006 with a degree in Marketing/Communications as well as her MBA.  She has resided in the Morgantown area for the last 16 years and has been in the commercial insurance industry for the last 14 years.  Her primary focus is on employee benefit consulting, provided companies with resources, knowledge, and capabilities to address any and all employee benefit issues within their organization.  It is her passion to help companies to address the needs of the employees while maintaining the cost containment structure required to operate.  In 2020, she accepted a position with HUB International Inc. out of Pittsburgh PA as an Assistant Vice President with the intention of getting the Fortune 500 resources of HUB into the hands of companies in West Virginia.
