North Central WV SHRM Members,
Jeffrey Tour, Attorney, Steptoe & Johnson, has 27 years of broad employee benefits expertise and practices in the areas of pension, deferred compensation, and welfare benefit plans. Mr. Tour also counsels clients regarding benefits issues in mergers and acquisitions. He is the leader of the firm’s Employee Benefits Group.
Mr. Tour will be discussing the different pension, deferred compensation, and welfare benefit plans available for employers to offer as employee benefits. Hew will also review the laws and regulations that govern these plans with a focus on ERISA.
